Care That Meets You Where You Are

AcuDetox offers a simple, low-barrier way to pause, settle, & receive support in community.

No diagnosis required.
No need to explain your story or have language for what you are feeling.
No pressure to share more than you want to.
No expectation to participate beyond what feels right for you.

Come as you are.

The Hokey Pokey Collective creates spaces for people to pause, regulate, rest, & receive support without requiring conversation, disclosure, diagnosis, or a particular reason for showing up.

You do not have to prove that you are struggling enough to receive care. You can simply arrive.

Whether you are navigating stress, overwhelm, recovery, burnout, transition, or simply looking for a moment to reset, you are welcome here.

Community is medicine.

AcuDetox is a standardized five-point ear acupuncture protocol commonly offered in community settings to support relaxation, grounding, stress reduction, & nervous-system regulation.

What Is AcuDetox?

Sterile, single-use needles are gently placed at 5 points on each ear while you rest quietly.

Sessions are generally nonverbal & designed to be simple, accessible, & participant-led.

The Hokey Pokey in the Community

Help Keep Care Moving

The Hokey Pokey Collective uses a free, donation-based, & pay-what-you-can model so cost is not the reason someone goes without care.

There is no required donation to receive AcuDetox. Those who are able to contribute help cover sterile supplies, sharps disposal, practitioner time, transportation, training, & the cost of bringing clinics into community spaces.

Suggested contributions:

$0 — Care Belongs to Everyone
$1 — Needles Forward
$15 — Supports the Hour
$25 — Sustains the Clinic
$40+ — Pay It Forward

When one person gives a little more, it helps make room for someone who may not be able to give anything at all.

Give what you can. Receive what you need. Help keep care moving.
